The image to the Left doesn't fill up the frame, His head appears to almost be floating and there is a lot of empty ceiling space. There isn't much action, he might've been speaking, but it looks like he's just standing there, it does although appear to be candid.
The photo below this is a lot better. He fills up most of the frame, it is evident that he is speaking, or was speaking, and it's is candid, he's not looking at the camera, he's just speaking.
